Privacy policy

Effective October 26, 2026

Pew Press is a service of Heyno, Inc.. This policy explains what information we handle and how we use it.

What we collect

We collect the church’s name, office email address and contact person, the material you send us for each bulletin, and the emails we exchange with you. To make a free sample, we use a bulletin the church has posted publicly on its website, along with the office email address published there.

Stripe handles payments. We never see or store your full card number.

How we use it

We use this information only to make your bulletins, to send you proofs and final files, to answer your emails and to bill you. We do not sell or rent it, and we do not use it for advertising.

When we make a sample, we leave out prayer requests, health news, attendance and offering figures, and personal contact details.

Service providers

We rely on a few companies to run the service, and each handles only what its part requires:

• Stripe processes payments.
• Google Workspace carries our email.
• Cloudflare hosts this website and the private sample pages.
• Anthropic provides the AI models our software uses to read bulletin text and arrange it into pages.

Email

If we write to a church that is not yet a customer, every email includes a way to opt out, and we honor it right away and permanently.

How long we keep it

We keep your material while you are a customer. Sample pages are deleted after 30 days. After you cancel, we delete your bulletins and material within 90 days, unless you ask us to keep them so you can come back. Billing records are kept as long as tax law requires.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about your church, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by writing to pewpress@heyno.net.

Children

The service is for church offices. We do not knowingly collect information from children, and we leave children’s last names out of samples.
