The order of worship inside a Pew Press bulletin, with hymns, readings and the sermon listed in order. The cover of a Pew Press bulletin for Grace Community Church, with a cross ornament, the Sunday’s name and a verse.

How the week goes

  1. Wednesday

Send us what is new this week: hymns, readings, the sermon title and announcements. A typed list, a forwarded email or a photo of your notes all work.

  2. Thursday

Your proof arrives by email. Reply with any changes, as many as you need.

  3. Friday

We send the final files: a booklet that prints double-sided on letter paper, a regular PDF for email and your website, and a large-print copy.

  4. Sunday

Print it in the church office as usual and hand it out at the door.

Questions

Who makes our bulletin?

Pew Press builds every bulletin with its own typesetting software and checks each page before the proof goes out. Nothing is final until you approve the proof.

What do we need to send?

Send whatever you have: a typed list, a forwarded email, last week’s bulletin with changes marked, or a photo of handwritten notes. We keep your standing information, such as staff names and service times, so you only send what changes.

Do you print the bulletins?

No. You print them in your office, just as you do now. The booklet file prints double-sided on standard letter paper and folds in half.

Can we keep our current design?

Yes. Send us a PDF of a recent bulletin, and we will rebuild it as your template.

What about hymn lyrics?

We list hymn titles and numbers. If you print lyrics, your church’s CCLI license covers them, and we can add your license number to each page.

What if our announcements arrive late?

Send them anyway. We turn late changes around as quickly as we can, and we will tell you if something cannot make it in time.

How do we cancel?

Email us, and we will cancel your plan right away. You will not be charged again.
